My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms, although facing the noisy garden, were always clean with lovely soft white towels in the bathroom, and the holiday staff were welcoming. The food was really nice too, and the spacious rooms provided a relaxing atmosphere. However, being located in a different building at opposite ends of the large hotel was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at Palm Royale Soma Bay. The club rooms were fantastic and offered a great sea view. The staff, especially El Basiony Nabil, made my holiday truly enjoyable with their warm hospitality. The hotel's location was stunning, and the beautiful surroundings added to the relaxing atmosphere. The dining experience was varied and plentiful, although getting a sunbed on the beach was a bit of a challenge. Overall, a wonderful experience with some minor inconveniences.
